*Do you want to practice various expressive interventions that help the regulation of emotions?
Let us visualise, vocalise, sing, dance, smell, taste, touch and sense our way through healing.
In this experiential and expressive online training, my intention is to create a space with you to explore and practice more skills that aim at supporting the healing of trauma. These multi-sensory interventions are useful for emotional self-regulation and support healing when words might not be enough or people are finding it hard to speak.
