Get ready to unleash your creativity and learn a practical skill in this workshop. You will not only learn how to create your own therapeutic essential oils-based personal perfume, body spray, or room spray but also gain the knowledge to attune to your own therapeutic scents and prepare the perfect mixture for your own use. This is your chance to become your own scent expert!

My passion for therapeutic essential oils was driven by my love of nature-based scents and my high sensitivity to the level of intolerance to chemically-based products. I really yearned to discover types of perfumes that help me feel good while respecting my skin and my breathing. When I discovered I could actually create my own perfume, it became love at first smell!

Those who have been to my clinic might have already smelled some of my therapeutic mixtures, so I felt it’s the time to share some more ideas with those of you who want to embark on your own therapeutic smells journey and create your own mixtures.

This small group workshop is open to all adults (18 years or older) who are interested in the therapeutic benefits of scents.

Included in the price is a reusable, portable small perfume spray bottle or oil roller bottle with the base ingredient (you would then just need to add your own therapeutic essential oils) that can be carried around in your bag. Once you have learned how to create your own perfume, you can keep re-filling it with your own scents.

1. Booking through the website: https://www.drelainegrechpsychotherapist.com/upcoming-events and click Register Now on the event of your choice.

2. How to secure your payment:

• Payment needs to take place within 24 hours; otherwise, your registration will not be secured.

• Write your name and the workshop’s title when processing the payment so that payment can be identified.

• Email confirmation of payment to elainemarygrech@gmail.com so that I can confirm your booking: Name and Surname, Workshop Title and Date, Method of Payment chosen and email address for correspondence regarding the workshop.

3. Participants will receive a receipt of payment on the email provided and a certificate of attendance with the actual number of CPD hours completed after completing the workshop. The certificate will reflect the hours actually completed, so please make sure you are present for the whole workshop.

4. Please note that it is on a first-come, first-served basis, and your booking can only be confirmed after payment and registration.

5. The payment is non-refundable unless due to the rare eventuality of the workshop being cancelled by the facilitator if the minimum number is not reached.

6.  Around a week before the workshop, you will receive an email with the location and some ideas on how to prepare yourself for the training.
